Most of the time this means location access is turned off for this app in your phone's settings — not a problem with GeoScrap itself. Here's how to check:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Safari Websites → set to "Ask Next Time or When I Share" or "While Using the App." Also confirm Location Services is on at the top of that same screen.

Tap the lock/info icon next to the address bar → Permissions → Location → set to Allow. Also check that Location is turned on in your phone's main Settings.

If location is allowed and it's still not working, a VPN with a strict privacy/firewall mode can sometimes interfere — try turning it off and testing again.
